What is the Cyber Resilience Centre (CRC)?
The Singapore Business Federation (“SBF”) has partnered with RSM Stone Forest IT (“RSM”) to launch and manage the Cyber Incident Helpline, a dedicated hotline that supports Singapore businesses through both the pre- and post- incident management process. 
The hotline aims to strengthen organisational preparedness against cyber crises by connecting businesses with an independent and trusted practitioner – RSM, to provide prompt, practical guidance to contain, manage, and recover from cyber incidents. 
Who can use the CRC portal and helpline?
Any organisation who needs advice on both the pre- and post- incident management process.
What is the cost for engaging CRC?
You are not required to pay CRC for this service.
What does CRC support?
The CRC service framework is build on TWO distinct phases: PEACETIME Pre-incident phase centred on readiness measures and continuous monitoring before any security event materializes WARTIME Urgent, high-stakes phase triggered by a cyberattack, where incident management transitions from passive defence into direct containment, eradication, and recovery operations.
What CRC does not support?
  • Remote technical troubleshooting
  • Technical evidence collection
  • Leading or acting as incident responder or breach coach
  • Advising on cyber respondents outside CSA's pre-approved list or selecting respondents from CSA's pre-approved list
  • Carrying out any IT recovery tasks - not limited to restoring data, review of audit logs, configuration changes
  • Reporting incidents to authorities or stakeholders
